Hi to my Blog Readers, Just know that Alyssa Mary Rose built everything into The Abundance of Light CordCutting Healing Technique so nothing more is needed, simply asking your Spiritual Team or Love & Light Beings [or whoever you like to address] to cut the cords is totally sufficient. They have it in hand that only the cords that are most benevolent to be cut will be cut and only to the degree you are ready for at that time as they don't go past your Healing Meter limit, no cords are cut if its not beneficial.

My own Healing Meter is very high but of course at times its higher or lower depending on my current state of being, many times Alyssa Mary Rose has said no we have to stop no cords are being cut now, as we had reached the Healing Meter limit at that time and there is no energy when doing the chanting the voice just stops. So the more Cordcutting you do the more your Healing Meter increases. There is a Macro Prayer for Cord Cutting with your healing meter see below. I find it very interesting what is put with it, so sometimes we are more open to new thoughts concepts ideas than other times where we are more closed and depending on what we are cutting with, so the more fear we have the more inertia for cutting with our specific healing project. As you cut with the Healing Meter Prayer know you are cutting cords with alot of your resistance to change, newness, growth, allowingness, our attachments negativities and illusions, and opening to more love light and healing !!!!

So to cut with this Macro simply state " Cord Cutting Spiritual Team, please cut the cords with Healing Meter Prayer Macro now for me with all in the way of my healing this ........... right now, In the Name of the Divine please heal change bless all energies into pure Divine Love now thankyou thankyou thankyou, Love Love Love....

*keep chanting your word or Love Love Love until your voice stops of its own accord meaning the cords have been cut right now to the level they can be cut, next time more cords with be cut, so your Healing Meter will rise higher and higher as you change to openness to Love at the Highest Level.

Hi Alyssa, my first real success with the Abundance of Light CordCutting Technique back in 2003 was when I had a difficult situation with a coworker who would call me up and carry on alot about the phone line we were working for and it was getting very out of hand as she was pretty toxic to deal with ( 10 out of 10 level) and I wasn't having a good experience with her calls. I had just come across your new Abundance of Light Cord-Cutting technique so I decided I would just experiment with simply cutting cords each time I felt harassed by her inappropriate calls, as no one else rang others working for the line like this.

After about 10 or more 3-5min cord-cutting sessions over a period of a few weeks she faded away and went from my life completely. I eventually changed from working for that line to working for a new one the next year that was totally different and well set up. I didn't know if the Abundance of Light Cord-cutting would change anything for me with her and I saw no change til one day she was just gone and I had forgotten all about her existence. I knew then what this cordcutting method could do between people and in a situation that felt trapped ..... so amazing, love Erika

Cord Cutting for Lost Items

This morning I opened up a bag of blanched almonds and got out a large glass jar to put them in. I wanted to fill up the smaller glass container I keep handy in the kitchen. I was doing other things in the kitchen for a while and then noticed I hadn't filled up the small container with the almonds. So I went to the cupboard and searched for the big jar and couldn't find it, then I looked anywhere I may have put it but I still couldn't find it. I started feeling frustrated and wanting to find them as they just couldn't have disappeared into thin air. I did my find it mantra's and magic stuff but still no jar of almonds, I fruitlessly searched the whole shelf again where I keep them. Then came the reaction of well they're completely gone and I give up on finding the jar!!! So then I went outside and hung out some washing. 

Then I thought well I could cut cords on these feelings and stuff with wanting to find the jar but not being able to, as I was aware I had experienced them before, i.e. memories replaying. And then the moment I just said Yes, please cut the cords with all of this I have going on with my not finding the almonds jar, chanting repeatedly love love love love love,  instantaneously I knew where they were. So the stuff in the way had been cut, the purpose was served and the veil was lifted and the memory of  where I had put them was there clearly in my mind. I had put them on a special Inner Soul Tech energy power plate I have in my Healing Room out of sight and not somewhere I would think to look.  Cutting cords can work miracles instantaneously just like that. 

Whatever block you have just cut the cords with it. Just ask your cord cutting team to cut the cords with you and what you are experiencing and the situation etc and it is done, you may have instant results or they may be subtle or they come later when we least expect them. I had given up searching and trying to find them mentally and physically and then I became aware to do some cord cutting. See what you can cut cords with for your freedom and state of mind.

Today I was dowsing the level of Energy using the Bovis Scale Unit Chart (the latest 2022 one) for a building I frequent and found the energy was not very high and one specific room in the building was at the level of the energy of tiredness. So I dowsed the whole room with the Deep Pendulum Clearing protocol which works really well to dowse and clear people places beings etc and this didn't change this rooms energy at all which is unusual however the rest of the building was much improved. So I got that many people who attend groups in the room maybe affecting the energy levels so I cut cords for the whole large room with Places and Spaces Mega Macro Prayer (for this Macro Prayer see previous post on this blog) and I cut the cords for the building and the whole place and for me also for my experiences of the room and building. Quite a big Cord Cutting session.

This then shifted the Life Force and BioEnergy Level of the room to an excellent higher level better than I hoped for. I also dowsed to adjust the frequency of the building to its ideal frequency and the level of love and this also raised the Energy level up into the Spiritual Realm. And with Higher Permission I also put in place via Dowsing an Energy Transposing Unit to help permanently maintain the new higher life force and bio energy level. I can simply check in now and then on the energy and cut cords when need be. I may add some feedback at a later time on any changes I notice and experience with the room and the building. And I am not concerned about it as I know its shifted and changed already, It Is Done.

Now don't worry that every fearful thought you think you are going to manifest for these thoughts are accumulative until they reach critical mass to manifest. If you cut cords with unpleasant manifestation thoughts (anything you wish not to happen) it will lose its power and help heal a little stock of those thoughts and next time you will find the grip of those negative thoughts and fears a little less. What you dwell on the majority of your time, in your mind is what you create and draw towards you.


If you notice your base thought is one of fear do not resist it and try not to think of it for the more you do this, the stronger it will get. What you do is acknowledge the truth of your thought processes and cut with any negativities and fears. Then you affirm all the positive things and then you go for a walk or drink some water.

Journeying into The Abundance of Light

 I hope you are enjoying the posts and this newly reborn Abundance of Light Cordcutting Blog. Alyssa Mary Rose and I in a recent CordCutting session were cutting cords with Parenting and anyone or anything we parent and all that we feel bad about or responsible for and guilty about if I hadn't done this they would be better, and our attachments to their state of wellbeing being good and not feeling ok when they aren't feeling well or are having problems. So all this got cut with and will be in the Barb Ball, where all that has ever been cut with is available for all to access with this Abundance of Light Cord Cutting Technique. Alyssa has done alot more work with the Barb Ball so its accessible for everyone while here on this earth and after they depart from it. 

In recent years we've worked with people we have known who've translated and cut cords with them so that they can move on with less baggage. We've also cut cords with people before they transition to make it easier for them to depart and I have personally witnessed this make a great difference and also made it easier for everyone to let them go. I have updated the Grief Prayer Macro to be a Mega Macro Prayer for grief and that is shared here on this blog also. By working with Alyssa while we do the CordCutting as a team I witness and see what is occuring and what is coming up next to cut with. These are awesome big sessions and sometimes we have worked on things with loved ones for extended periods of time, we get messages and awareness comes in guiding us in this healing cord cutting work. Again we only ask for the cords  to be cut by the Spiritual Cord Cutting team who guide everything we do and how much we cut and if there is nothing to cut or we shouldn't we will be given this information. Nothing will be cut that isn't for the highest good of all. 

It is an honour and a privilege to have these Abundance of Light Cord Cutting sessions with Alyssa Mary Rose so that I can be better equipped in all areas when I give sessions and share with people my experiences. Its all about being of service to others and becoming the Love we truly Be, one step at a time as we go chop chop !!!!!

After we had set up an Abundance of Light webpage on my Rainbow Healings website we invested some time and effort, and tech expertise in installing The Macro of the Moment Cards and Alyrose cards and First Time Healing Cards that Alyssa Mary Rose used to have on her Abundance of Light website (now gone to cyber heaven) onto my Rainbow Healings Cord Cutting webpage dedicated to all things Abundance of Light from Alyssa Mary Rose. I did a big happy dance as it was a such a great achievement by my super tech assistant partner Michael T Woolcock who did most of the work with my input along the way.

The Macro of the Moment CARDS and the First Time Healing Cards are in Alyssa's free Abundance of Light Book however they are in text form and not the images with the text and not the format of one being chosen for you as you click the images.

Now on my cord cutting webpage on my website you can click on the image for each set of cards and one will be chosen intuitively for you to read and cut with. The Macro of the Moment Cards have two sections, the first section is like an intuitive Reading that you may find does apply to you and give you some insights so you can ask a question before you click on the image to have one selected for you on the Cord Cutting WebPage. The second section is the Macro Prayer which to activate the Cord Cutting for yourself simply read out loud as a stated Prayer and afterwards as you are now familiar with the whole Macro simply state the Macro name to activate it being cut for you again anytime as each time more and more cords will be cut that prevent your freedom and your having an Abundance of Light i.e. Enlightenment.

ABUNDANCE OF LIGHT CORD CUTTING FOR YOU with Alyssa Mary Rose

 ABUNDANCE OF LIGHT CORD CUTTING MACRO PRAYER facilitated by ALYSSA MARY ROSE for everyone, as you are reading this the cords of this Macro are being cut for you by Alyssa herself!! 

 

For every person reading this post at any time with Appreciation, and Openness to Healing I ask Divine Love to cut a Macro that starts with that which is obviously not love. If you have the experience of pain, do not feel guilty that you do not want to feel pain. It is just there to point you towards the cords that need cutting. Never feel guilty with cord cutting, because in acknowledging the suffering then cutting with it, you are actually dealing with your faulty perception that resulted in the suffering. Never is there value, in my mind, for martyrdom and suffering on behalf of anyone or anything. Nobody is required to undergo suffering, we only suffer because we believe that is the only way.

Another suffering is depression and the lack of feeling, or feeling of numbness. In some ways pain is better than numbness, because it is harder to realize there is a problem if you cannot feel it. This macro will cut with your depression and your lack of feeling.

Guilt is another huge problem, it is such a useless burden. Realize that everything you have done, had a reason, you probably did what you thought best at the time and you can take this back to angels and ask that, anything you did worked out the best way for all concerned, then you have no reason for guilt.

This macro will cut for all burdens of guilt. Another huge suffering is on behalf of others, for instance often with your children, you will say I will take on this suffering rather than see you suffer. This attitude does not help your children or anyone else. The reality is only love is real, so instead say I affirm that this path you are taking will lead to total healing for you, and I rejoice in your healing and release from suffering.

The best thing you can do for anyone is hold the high space of love for them in your mind, when they are incapable of doing it for themselves. Sometimes I have felt so bad for someone, that I have said to God / Goddess that I am incapable of seeing a happy outcome, so God / Goddess please do it for me. That is a powerful prayer and always works out.
