Erasing the Tape Method and Ho'oponopono

I love the Hawaiian healing method called Ho'oponopono (Self I dentity thru Ho'oponopono) and whenever I am inspired to I use any other method or tool the Divinity within guides me to. I don't question it as this is my guidance and it always works for me or my client when I listen to divine inner guidance on what to do next.  Some teachers of ho'oponopono say to ride one horse only as then your inner child doesn't get confused . However I also listen to what tool is best to use in the moment for the issue and the person that fits their problem and their state of consciousness. I have been collecting a large spiritual tool kit over the years and I value them all, all are ingredients that make many different recipes as creatively inspired. My spiritual path is Eckankar and it teaches that when we are ready the master appears to bring us closer to God's love and who we really are. I have learnt many spiritual tools in my spiritual studies with Eckankar over the last 14 years and I feel my spiritual teacher i.e. inner master has guided me to specific tools for my spiritual growth like theta healing and ho'oponopono and Zpoint process, which I am very grateful for always receiving wonderful healing techniques that bless me and all those beings I assist.

I first learnt EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) then secondly BSFF - Be Set Free Fast, (these are all under the Thought Field Therapy -TFT umbrella). For a long time I resisted a third method from the same tree of TFT but eventually this cleared and I added Z point to my healing tool kit. Zpoint process by Grant Connoly has a similar goal of getting to zero-clear infinite void, the circle empty of all programs beliefs etc they call it cleaning in Ho'oponopono. I have been practicing the wonderful updated S.I.T.H. Ho'oponopono method since 2007  and in 2008 I got divinely inspired with how I could use this method together with the Erase the Tape method from Zpoint . I have enjoyed using this process many times with my clients in Healing sessions over the last few years and especially for myself and it is a a real Blessing.

The Method

1.Draw a circle either physically or in your minds eye and put the issue you have in there  (or even circle your finger on paper or in the air).

2. Say "10- 0 "silently or out loud , then "I am sorry, Please forgive me , I love you , thankyou " over and over til its feels clear, taking you to zero limits!!!! Clearing & cleaning everything in the circle just like with the Erase the Tape method . 10 to 0 means going from a 10 stress level of your issue to 0 , clear infinite void ,memories zero, dissolved with love. You can also count down in layers from 10 saying the cleaning words for each number til zero. You can make your cue word another cleaning tool also, like Ceeport or Dewdrop and just repeat the one word til you run out of energy to say the cleaning tool.

3. Look at the circle to see to see if there is more to be cleaned to zero , if you sense more or another connected issue keep going with steps 1 and 2 until you know there is nothing left coming up in there or what is in the circle is positive and loving and Divine truth. You will know when this is complete.

4. Trust and allow God/Divinity to do the cleaning of these memories replaying within the subconscious mind and that God knows what memories need cleaning for you and this will occur in the best way and time. Trust that it is done and surrender all to God you have cleaned and released.

It is very handy to use a magnetic flexible whiteboard or any type of whiteboard you have as it saves paper and you can then erase each circles feeling thoughts beliefs etc. You can use paper if you wish and keep doing new circles of your layers until clear.

What are healing moments you may be wondering? They are healing tools and tips I am sharing in posts called Healing Moments  here on my blog for you to hopefully gain benefit from. Each one will be numbered and you can save them and print them as you wish. Each one will be on something different and divinely guided and created in the moment. Here in these healing moments I am sharing what I have learned, my wisdom and the healing tools I love using that greatly assist my healing journey as well as my clients, friends and family.

Much love and healing energy is contained in these healing moments to help you on your life journey, as you are open to receiving this energy it will come in.The healing energy will assist you with what you are reading here about and what comes up in you as memories.

Once you say this outloud or silently your Guardian Angels will assist you in creating the Most Benevolent Outcome. Another way I use is I sing " HU - Mahanta (Highest consciousnesses) - Sugmad (Word for God) - HU, Z (spiritual master) will you show me what to do." You can insert the words you like to use for what you believe in and make this your own or you can use what I say. It's funny but as I am writing this I am having the experience of being unclear as I am not sure what to write about in this post. Now since I wrote the last sentence I have added additional info all over this post and it has unfolded very wonderfully, no more blankness. I have written it from the end and then the middle and the beginning,its had a life of its own. I am here just allowing it to be created through me. So you can just say I am not sure what to do next and then be open to following your nudges,intuition, feelings without any controlling of the process ! We only need to get ourselves out of the way. Feeling is one way to know which way to go, does one way feel better more clear . First its important to release your stuff in the way by letting go of it and I could share pages on this alone, how to etc. But as each healing moment is created all will be covered in time. I may even add more to this post in the future as I am inspired to.

HU HU HU HU HU

 

One of the ways to connect with the divine is to sing  HU,  a love song to God, a sound you sing out loud to lift yourself spiritually. The sound I use is called the HU (pronouced Hue). HU is an ancient name for God or Divine Spirit. It's sung as a long drawn out note and comes out sounding like "Huuoooooooo....". You can hear a sample of people singing HU by pressing the Play button below.

   When sung with a feeling of love in the heart, it uplifts and helps to center oneself. You can sing it anytime inside your head mentaly if you wish. This can be very usefull in times of trouble, to help rise above whatever is causing problems, and get answers from your own inner guidance.

   To sing HU, first get comfortable either sitting or lying down, with your hands in your lap or by your sides, and your feet uncrossed. Then place your attention on a spot between the eyebrows, just above the bridge of the nose. Think of some loving or happy experience you have had, and then sing HU in a long drawn out note. Sing it for as long as you feel comfortable. Generally at first no more than 20 minutes.

You may experience upliftment, see colours in your third eye area, or hear uplifting sounds, such as nature sounds or uplifting music. All of these are manifestations of divine love.

May the Blessings Be is an ancient saying from the Spiritual Masters, it can mean Thy will be done , so its whatever is right for the situation and person from the highest it gives divine blessings.

If you or someone is hurt or troubled or your work situation is a problem you can say May the Blessings be, its a spiritual prayer to God and brings peace love and Blessings. Baraka Bashad means May the Blessings Be, so you can use either.

Ho'oponopono Healing painting

this is a Ho'oponopono Healing painting I created so that when you gaze at it, its cleaning you of memories, ie programs, beliefs & negative feelings while you view it. If you are feeling an issue bugging you,you can look at this painting till you feel clear at zero.
I have infused it with healing energy and set the energy to do this for anyone viewing it. For any issue going on within you, just focus on the issue as you view the painting and this will do the cleaning to zero. You can also send the memory or problem into it to be cleaned as well . The HU and EK words I have added as they are spiritually powerful cleaning words.
