For this card simply read & state outloud the Love and Light Beings section of this card and this will do the cordcutting of it. And then state the affirmation also. Anytime you start to dwell on something being a problem cut cords with it again even for the same problem until you just let it go as its all cut and a solution just comes in for you.You can cut cords with this without thinking of a specific problem as its worded for any idea or problem etc, you can say it at the beginning of each day and see how your day goes. If you want to insert the name of the specific problem you can do this also.
