♥ LOVE FOR PEACE. You could be real daring and go a step further by giving a smile to the ones behind those sad and serious faces you see, or be even more daring and give some kind words of support and encouragement -some upliftment by speaking of  something good and positive, or you could really open your heart and share the essence of who you are and see the little miracles as the joy transforms their eyes. You could even decide to be ten times more friendly, patient considerate and caring . Like produces like - plant seeds of love and receive a rich harvest of love returning. It makes life more enjoyable. 

Lots of people sharing a little more love adds up to alot more love in the world.

♥ When we relate to all of us human beings as individualizations of the One Life , the one human family  and get to see that whatever happens to one is really happening to us all, and has some subjective effect on everyone of us ... And when we realise the fact that a thought invariably  produces its effect before it returns or before it ceases ,  
we can see how we can continually be breathing out a blessing - not only upon the all whom we come into contact with but upon all peoples of the world.

♥ Always remember that it is the the wonderful, beautiful and precious human being whom you love , not their words or actions not their body or the mind or emotions.
So you can detest their actions disagree with their beliefs , choose not to live as they live and still love the living , breathing, human being - and because life gives back as we give out.
It makes sense to give out loving thoughts - for as they return to the sender they bring a happy healthy and wealthy feeling of JOY.

 Share Your ♥ Campaign in Currumbin Australia. They sent people these green A4 posters for only $3 for 50 of them. The top section of the poster is a big smiley face saying in many captions Dear Everyone I love You and Love For Peace emblem with a dove and a heart. My copy is very old and I gave out many copies and so I only have this one that is discoloured and didn't scan very well hence I have spent some time typing this in. I still hope to rescue the wonderful picture and put it with these wonderful words.                                      I came across  Self Identity thru Ho'oponopono a few years ago  which reflects these words entirely as they use  ' I LOVE YOU ' as a cleansing memories tool, so this message is as relevant to me today as they were 25 years ago

A gift of Love

Today I gave a gift of being of service at my Sunday spiritual worship service, during our HU chant I asked to be of service however I could assist by talking to someone or doing anything . So during our social  lunch time I found someone at the library section as I returned a dvd that was new and wanted some assistance with what to choose and information on our spiritual path. I shared with her my experience of Eckankar and gave her a HU cd as a gift and a small free book Ancient Wisdom for Today .I enjoyed giving this assistance and our talking together and that it just happened so naturally. So thankyou  God  for the opportunity to be of service and for all my gifts and blessings that I received today and that I was able to give Love thru service.

for the love of rabbits

I love rabbits and we've had wild rabbits coming into our back garden for a long time and I love seeing them running around. When we moved in to this home over 4years ago we had a white pet rabbit we'd been looking after for a while and she loved running around in our new big bushy treed backyard alas we didn't know there were foxes around who came in from the green belt behind our back fence and all we found was white fur left of her , I was so upset over this , Our neigbour said all his pets had been got by foxes so now he was only going to get a dog. I had some dreams where I saw all these  rabbits and they came up to me and one was our white rabbit. After this dream wild rabbits started coming into our yard and this eased my missing our rabbit. In my whole life I had never had rabbits come into my backyard before. We had cared for our rabbit for a year or so and had given her freedom to run around as it felt cruel caging her. Now I get to enjoy seeing rabbits close up without feeding or worrying about them.
In my childhood on my grandparents property I loved to watch the rabbits in the early morning it seemed so magical in the early dawn and my grandpa would come into our bedroom at night and make a rabbit with his hands which we loved.

The joy I feel from seeing the wild rabbits in our area is a  real blessing. I know people treat them like vermin and want to exterminate them but I see them as a gift and love them. I learnt to love and care for a rabbit that wasn't mine and helped  it to get used to having freedom from its cage where it felt safe and move into a bigger area of life. The gift was worth its life in the end. Everything in life teaches us if we are willing.

I See Me

You have a magnificent temple called your Divine consciousness within you-

Increasing faith and dealing with ego resistance

 INCREASING FAITH AND DEALING WITH EGO CHATTER

The ego wants you to cease doing anything that is oppressing it LOL.
 There is a positive twist to this ... 

Whenever you sense that the ego Is throwing a huge tantrum YOU KNOW

that you are onto something good.
The ego will never oppose something that is unlikely to cause it Grief.
 Would you like to develop faith in yourself and the power that is
Within you?   Yes?  Then do this.  No rituals are required.

I practice meditation 4 times a day.  8 am, 12 noon, 4 PM and 8 PM.
These are special moments for me because during these times

I align With the Father in me.
 Throughout the day I practice the greeting of the Father (or Tao) in

Everything I see.  I have been doing this since I was 4 years old
(probably earlier than that, but I do not remember).
 So there is no stress or force. It is as natural as breathing.

In a nutshell …

1.  Accept yourself as you are.  No excuses, no pretence--just as you

Are. Love who you are unconditionally--without judgement.

This is how the Creator sees you.  If you want His ear, you need to
Vibrate at the same frequency--no judgement whatsoever.

2.  Ease off on pressure.  The more pressure you place on life, the
More pressure you will receive.  So place no more than 4 oz of
Pressure on yourself and life in general.  Be gentle with yourself and
Others.  Do not PUSH and SHOVE in your thoughts.

At the same time, when life seems to tighten the screws, resist to no
More than 4 oz of pressure.  Any more than that, yield to it as a tree
Bends to the winds of the hurricane and thrives in the process.

The hurricane will pass and the tree will be stronger and healthier
For it.  Yielding is not surrendering.  It is a smart way of dealing
With the energy of life.

Example:  Someone begins arguing and being rude. 

You accept 4 oz ofThat energy and then you bend.

You let go of all attachments to that Situation.

You step back and watch it from far.

This will help you And the aggressor equally.

Example: The ego starts abusing you and calling you names and being

the usual nasty bastard. Accept 4 oz of that energy and then yield to It.
 Allow that energy to go through you.  Move yourself out of the
Picture.  Accept that the nasty voice of the ego is part of life--it
Is the Yang of life "grasshopper".  Look forward to the Yin part
Because it must come--it is the law of the universe.

Accept the concept of Yin and Yang.  Life is energy.  The waves of
Energy come and go--it is the natural ebb and flow of living.

3.  Develop faith in yourself and the power that created you.

You do this by deciding what it is that you want.  You do not have to
Furiously affirm it, or turn it into an obsession (remember no more
Than 4 oz of pressure).
 You simply think about it and accept it in your heart as something
That you desire.  You then leave the doing to the power that created
You.  How and where and why it will take place is not your doing.

Now and then remind yourself that the power that created you, and that

Continues to give you life, has responded and is now at work.

Be receptive to all opportunities.Stay out of the kitchen!  Do not even peep. 

Do not try to work out what the chef is cooking, just sit at the table in

anticipation of receiving the most wonderful meal.
 
When the ego tries to raise doubt and ridicule your work, accept no
more than 4 oz of pressure.
 Do not resist it or fight it, just bend with it.  Remind yourself that
the ego is a necessary component of your success.  In order for the
Yin to occur you need to also deal with the Yang.

Hot chocolate for all..

One night I was busy preparing to give Intuitive sessions to the public in a room with many other practitioners and so I had cleaned as much as possible and was wearing my Ho'oponopono Ceeport pin and had my Ho'oponopono cleaning painting underneath my tablecloth plus Sacred G images.

There was a lot of love and sharing with each other before we started the night alot more than usual and I was enjoying this warmth, when the staff started serving us hot drinks and they kept coming round with hot chocolate drinks and so I kept hearing the word hot chocolate over and over I thought this was amazing and not just a coincidence, a work friend of mine had coffee but gave it back to the girl and said no I would love a hot chocolate please !!

Now for those of you who don't know Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len says he got the inspiration that hot chocolate is a cleaning tool that helps us to let go of stuff i.e. problem memories in our minds . Now I don't drink hot chocolate so I got this as an experience instead.

This was a very special night of the year as it was Spiritual New Year and even though I missed going to celebrate as I always do every year it was such a blessing to share with everyone that night the love from the Divine .

Last year I went on Al McAllisters great ho'oponopono cleaning call conferences every Wednesday morning religiously for months and the energy from that group cleaning was fantastic and I cleaned alot with many issues .With daylight saving changes it ended and has now begun again weekly in English On Wednesdays -Australia time at 11am following the portuguese cleaning group with Al. Great things

How are you going well I may expect ? What wonderful things are you experiencing? Please don't tell me your problems as then we will just feel them , we can clean on them some other time. Right now is our time to connect and feel into our hearts the love and blessings that are in our lives. The journey is moving and shifting right now for us all and we can flow with this or resist.

The love we can feel will be our sustenance., It is all we really have in life that is always there waiting for us to feel it and allow it. I can feel happy now once I connect to this love in my heart and then connect to the love in you and we are both then sharing this love and joy.
So sharing problems has its time and place but if we instead can look at the miracles in our lives and share these we can be uplifted from our focus on what is wrong to what is beautiful.

Like the sun just came out after all the rain we just had and its beautiful. I listened to some good songs this morning that I really enjoyed and felt happy and sang and danced. Is this all we need to be happy or do we need more ? When we feel life is good it is ,when we feel its bad it is as this is our experience. So next time someone asks you how are you tell them something wonderful you have experienced recently and you will both feel the blessing of that.

Miracles do happen!!!

I started practising ho'oponopono only two weeks ago. I wish to place
on record and express gratitude for the miracles taking place in my life
especially those relating to my finances.

In fact, I had sought cleaning help on one or two Yahoo groups and
Express Miracles site of Joe Vitale regarding huge debts and other
financial liabilities and delays in receiving payments due t0 me. I am
also day in and day out practising `
`I am sorry, please forgive me, Ilove you, Thank you'.

Now my experiences.

1.I had purchased solar water heater in April 2008 and the manufacturer
was to get me rebate/subsidy of Rs.10,000/- from the local district
authorities but I have not got the payment so far.After forgiving the
manifacturer and saying ``I thank you'' and so on, all of a sudden and
miraculously, the manufacturer gave me Rs.10,000/-
from his own account.
I used the money to pay overdue credit card and loan payments .

2.I have so many overdue bills and debts to pay. I was chanting
`I amsorry; please forgive me; I love you; Thank you''.
Today morning I was inspired to close my overdraft account with the bank
and adjust my fixed deposits against the loan. My windfall---
the bank transferred Rs.16000+ to my Savings Account after closing
the OD account.
So, one loan completely wiped off and credit balance in my savings account.
And I am using this windfall to pay one more credit card bill and
some other dues.

So it works.

If Money was a person, Who would Money be? Lack of money/ lack of abundance in your life has everything to do with your sense of self-worth. Anxiety about money is based on the misguided notion that love and fulfillment are on one end of human experience and money is on the other; that love and money are in opposition. Morgana Rae of Charmed Life Coaching recounts a story of her own financial struggles in her professional coaching practice, in which she admits to feeling "embarrassed" about asking to be paid. She says on some level she didn't want people to think she didn't care about them. Your Relationship with Money Is A Relationship The shift in her thinking came out of her experience as a relationship coach. She saw that many people who are having money issues are also having relationship issues, so she thought: "Okay, let's approach this problem as if Money were a person…If Money were a person, who would he be?" The Personification of Money Morgana realized that her personification of Money — as an Archetype or Character — basically boiled down to: A big, dirty, scary biker guy who caused fights at parties. The kind of person she would general hide from and avoid… Money = Scary and Violent — the way she felt about this Guy was the way she felt about money… Her solution? First, she fired the Biker. Then, she developed a personification of Money based on the kind of man she'd like to have as a partner or friend — a tall, dark, handsome, romantic guy wearing tails and carrying a bouquet of flowers. How would you respond to Money if he or she was a gorgeous person who was in love with you and wanted to give you a gift? To address the self-sabotaging impulse to talk people out of hiring her, Morgana sat Money down and had a talk with him: "What do you want from me now to make this relationship better?" And Money said back to her "Stop treating me like a monster. Appreciate me. Honor me by asking the people who owe you money to pay you…" When the Money goes down, it means he needs something from you… So, you need to start having Conversations with Money. You need to start asking Money questions. How do I hear those answers? If you aren't getting the answers, you may not have developed a strong enough Money character. Explore the Story about Your Relationship with Money: Who is the Old Money? Who is the New Money? Keep developing this Character. Changing a relationship with Money comes alive with Imagination and Intuition. *Note: Your concept of Money may be a woman - or an animal, or a mythological creature, or something else entirely. You've heard all the talk about "connecting with your inner child" - well, your creativity is the link to your divinity - here's a perfect place to be a kid again. (I think this would be a fascinating game to play with children.) This is YOUR creative concept. I'm using the masculine pronoun he throughout this article because like Morgana, I perceive the personification of money/abundance as a man. It's just an example to give you ideas — the sky's the limit on who and what Money may be for you. The purpose of this exercise is to find out… I don't hear anything yet… You're stuck in your Thinking Head, where the ego lives, and you're too busy trying to justify or rationalize this imaginary, intuitive relationship. Figure out what Money looks like, how he behaves, and how you act toward Money Talk to Money and see how Money responds Negotiate with Money He tells you want he wants, and you offer what you'll do for him. Money is the #1 excuse people give for not living their lives. Money is just a stand-in for the Universe itself… How do you get past the imaginary character and bring it into real-life? You don't. Maintain the character; like any relationship, it's dynamic. You already know you don't tell your partner "I love you" once and then let it coast from there. How long would that marriage last? The Challenges in your Relationship with Money will keep coming up. You become anxious, or you get that feeling in your gut, or sales go down, you find yourself slipping back into negative thinking. The only power you have is to be a great relationship partner. We're raised to achieve, be something special - but nobody tells you how to get there. We grow up without a roadmap. We're just told "Do more. Be better." But nobody tells us how that's supposed to play out. When the Honeymoon is over… Morgana tells the story of how she thought she had her issues with money licked — everything was going along great — a month after she started this new relationship with Money, she was overflowing with clients… She was on Cloud 9… But a year later, she found herself backsliding. The money flow wasn't happening, there were more clients going out than coming in — Money was becoming absent. So finally she said to Money "Okay, what's wrong? What have I done here to offend you?" Morgana says she was pissed off — she thought she had their issues worked out, and here were problems coming up again. She sat Money down again and said "We need to talk. Something's wrong…Money, I want to make this better. I want it to be great between us like it was, I want us to be close again. What's wrong? What can I do to show you that I want to make it better." Money told her: "You've been carrying clients without being paid. You've been telling them 'Oh, no, it's okay, you can pay me later.' You've been putting it off — putting ME off — you've been telling them and yourself that Money doesn't Matter. I heard you. I took the hint. So I started pulling away…" Then it hit her - she had been putting her clients and their projects first. She'd been spending all her time with them, and giving them all her attention. Giving them all her value and energy. And she wasn't asking for anything for Money. She was devaluing her relationship with Abundance, and caring more about other people's relationships with THEIR Money. She was actually coaching other people in how to have better relationships in their life, at the expense of her own. It was unconscious. It's always easier to have the perspective to help others. "Money is value. We keep it at a distance from ourselves and that just validates the message to ourselves that we aren't valuable." This is a part of our culture. Coming from a place of love, it changes the situation when you imagine someone you care about telling you "You're failing me. You're disrespecting me." Because of Morgana's gesture of stepping into the power to say to her clients who owed her "I deserve this, you need to pay me" Money was so thrilled with her efforts, that he lavished a new wave of gifts on her. "When you're busy giving away — with attachments — it doesn't feel like you're getting back because you're clutching so hard." When you have an expectation — which is an attachment to an intention — you're limiting the entire experience to a Pass or Fail experience. It's simply a confusion of jobs My Job The Universe's Job Here's some homework Morgana gave to a salesman she was coaching: His job was not to sell a single thing, but just to be curious and care about the people he's talking to. The Universe's job is to make sure that the people who are right for what he's selling are going to buy. She instructed her client to simply show up and be curious and caring. Because we have agendas, nothing ever turns out like we want it to. Humanity has these fantasies about the way things are going to turn out, and yet we don't tell anybody about them, and then we're disappointed that they didn't do what we wanted them to. Try putting out to the Universe by saying things like: "It would be nice if…" "I believe it's time for…" Life is magic — when you're trusting life, trusting the Universe, and trusting your integrity. Money loves to be loved and comes to us gladly if we love money, having money and Giving money, so to money we say ~I love you and thank you for being in my life , I welcome you and include you~ .   I am friends with money, I love money and money loves me.   So we heal our relationship with money ourselves and God. No division no separation between us and money or God. We are one with money.   Money is    My Own Natural Energy Yield So as we feel rich with positive energy so we attract energy, as we give love we attract love, we have plenty to give and we receive plenty. There is only plenty of whatever it is we are wanting to receive. Thank you God for all the blessings I have And all the Blessings I am receiving.
