Most Benevolent Outcomes are requests you make for anything at all to your Guardian Angel who will assist you with the request that will be the Most Benevolent for you and all. You will receive inner guidance in many forms as a feeling or a thought or from another person or just a great outcome  so they will happen through you and from your outer world . You are giving your GA permission to assist you which brings you closer to them and thins the veil between you and the spiritual worlds as you start to work hand in hand with them, becoming a junior creator. You say them outloud or you write them down, you only need to say them once but if you feel better say them again or for what you are feeling about the manifesting of it. Start on small things and progress to bigger things in your life you want assistance with. If they take a while just trust it is being manifested in divine timing for you and so you are ready to receive it. If its not on your soul path for you ie soul contract it may not manifest so just let go and trust all that is occuring is for your best and highest good. If you keep a journal you will be able to see what happens and write down the results. Many people email Tom T Moore with their results and he shares these with his readers of his newsletters and blog.

It is not complete and does not include heaps Tom Moore has. If your MBO is in this and has been changed I hope you don't mind. This compilation has been in the works for a few months and then I got the energy and inspiration to do the editing and work of making it into a document which I am very pleased with.

There will be more to come as I find new MBO's and create them so there will be new versions of this document in the future. Feel free to edit and make it your own plus add your own MBO's and you can share it all you want. The Word doc file is the one to download so you can make changes but if you don't have Segoe print font then it will not be all in order.Latest update March2012 for Word Doc file link below.

Since I added an MBO into the credits at the end of this doc many MBO's have occurred that relate to what I asked for, such as being able to convert this into a PDF format to keep the font and document intact for those without Segoe print font . I also found a great website for sharing documents articles etc and have uploaded this successfully. So this project has been time consuming but has reaped many MBO's which would make a large list already! I have learnt a lot plus read over so many great MBO's and reworded them for even better results. I could go on but I will stop now !!! My wish is for this to benefit everyone and myself and create heaps of MBO's and wonderful experiences.

Great Ho'oponopono Cleaning Tools

Blue Solar Water ~ is a divine cleaning tool. The more you drink it, the more it erases those memories or data and brings you to your child-like mind. To make it, you need a blue glass or bottle. Any shade of blue will do. You put it in the sun for an hour, or under a lamp. If you are just using a glass, you need to cover the top with anything but metal, as bugs and others are attracted to this pure water. Once it's been in the sun for an hour, you can drink it, rinse with it, cook with it, shower with it, or put it in the fridge for later. A drop of this blue solar water will purify any container you add it too.       Ceeport ~ Clean Erase Erase back to Port,  is a special graphics configuration impressed on a ¾" circular label. Ho'oponopono advises us to love our food before we eat it, so love your corn and start having more of it, it cleans the bad programs we're all interested in getting rid of. Eat it as blue corn meal, corn chips or corn itself.   Dewdrop   Dewdrop works on everything. You can say dewdrop when you're frightened, threatened, sad or angry. You can think dewdrop if you see someone else in trouble. There is no limit to its use. Use moment to moment.     Eraser ~ that's where you use a pencil with an eraser and tap on the item you want to clean. This can be a book, a computer, yourself, or anything. You can repeat the cleaning mantra or just tap. When you tap on the item you are cleaning it releasing all memories through all generations of time back to the point of its' creation. Some people claim just using an eraser works the same way. You can say Dewdrop as you tap .   Fly Paper ~ is deleting almost everything. You can say flypaper or think it for any conflict between you and another and the memories will stick to the flypaper good for relationships .     Fruit-water dunk ~ is to mentally visualize dunking anything you wish into a clear glass of water with fruit in it. Glass of water ~ a clear glass ¾ full of water placed in any room of your home will help clean and erase memories while you are not thinking about it. Change this water twice per day or more often if you are feeling especially anxious, worried or upset. You can write the name of the situation troubling you on a piece of paper and place the glass of water on top of it. Remember to change the water periodically throughout the day.   Ha Breathing ~   Dr. Hew Len also states in a recording that just the "Ha" breathing can cure depression. Breath in while counting to 10 (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10), but just as fast as you normally count, no need to go slow unless you want to. Then hold your breath in for a count of 10. Then let out your breath for a count of 10 (even happily sighing or "haaaa" if you want). Do this 10 times or however long you'd like. It's a beautiful thing!   Ice Blue ~ works on any pain and suffering. Just think ice blue when you have any burns, cuts, bruises or hurts. Use it when cutting plants and grass to help numb their pain. Use as many times as you like to help you, anyone or anything who may be experiencing hurt.   Light Switch ~ meaning the Light goes on and the darkness disappears. Erases whatever is going on in you (your memories) which you perceive the problem to be. You can say 'I turn the Lightswitch on my thoughts feelings memories of .......'   Mirror ~ look at yourself, see who you really are, Love yourself again. A deep profound love comes from this. You see yourself as you really are, you see the world. You reach zero. AND say I love you to YOU .      Orange Juice ~ imagine yourself pouring a glass of orange juice. Imagine placing a $20 bill into the orange juice (can be any value), and leave the money in the glass of orange juice. Continue with this exercise putting whatever else you want to clean into the imaginary glass of orange juice. Why does this work? Dr. Hew Len says that Orange juice represents God's sunrays. So by putting the money in the glass of orange juice, we are putting money in the rays of the sun. By doing this, we are cleaning on the money. Another suggestion he had, if you are in credit card debt, you are abusing money. So you need to apologize to money for abusing it. I'm sorry money for abusing you, I'm sorry money for abusing you, I'm sorry money for abusing you….Basically everything in the world has energy around it, and these items may need to be cleaned as our memories may have abused them in the past.   Picture of younger self ~ have a picture of yourself as a little boy or girl. Tap it with the eraser tool idea, say the 4 phrases to your younger self and see what epiphanies come. Or say Dewdrop and tap on picture .   Pillar of the Peace of I ~ just by thinking Pillar of the Peace of I you will be automatically placed in the radiance of Divinity in that moment. Your whole being will be protected from negative vibrations. Then you can direct it to anything or anyone else to bring them into balance too by just thinking Pillar of the Peace of I. Use it throughout the day.   Seeing BLUE ~   whenever you see anything blue, remember Ho'oponopono and say the phrases, be in that moment.       Silence pills ~  Erase memories of women's hatred of men.    Mentally say, "I take silence pills."  The cleansing process will take memories back to ZERO and allowing LOVE to manifest. Strawberries & Blueberries ~ Dr. Len says that these two fruits have a cleansing effect on our memories. They void memories. Eat fresh or dried, in jam or anything. Not only healthy for us to eat, but also good for the soul! Strawberries heal the heart and depression.   XXXX0000 ~ and don't forget your x's and o's! x's to clean, clear and erase, send love and transmutation! o is the state of nothingness/zero. One leads to the other. x is love and erasing/transmuting/Ho'oponopono all in one. o is the state of zero, the state where you receive inspiration from Dinity/God and take action from those messages, the ultimate state of being. Which healing Modality to use is Best?

How to be clearer  on our ideas of which healing system to use is best and how much they are easy or good vs another modality is the topic I am discussing today . I don't treat any system of healing as my bible , or be all and end all, my spiritual path is my truth and way and all of the healing tools I have in my spiritual toolkit aide and assist me and people I work with in becoming free and happy with themselves and others. Sometimes my mind has an issue with which tool is best and maybe I should only use one but I love them all and I listen to my divine inner guidance which one for what problem will be best suited . To me its like having many ingredients for recipes and you can make many different recipes with different ingredients so I may combine them when I am working as a healing practitioner for myself or another and its always very creative and open when a recipe is made to help an issue.

So use whatever healing system or tools you are happy  with , they are all worthy and great but remember as we grow new healing tools and ways are needed to suit our changing consciousness so don't hang on to one with the mind and attachment and try to be open to new ways of healing and new modalities that come along. Over time I have resisted some great healing tools because my mind had judged it but eventually if it's going to be beneficial for me to learn it and accept it I do as it may be perfect for someone I am helping. Trust your intuition if it's alot of money and time and something inside says you aren't sure about it wait and see and ask for guidance whether it's for you or not from your guides and angels.

Healing is really the job of the divine so we only need to get ourselves out of the way to allow it to assist us , so these tools are helping us to free the mind so the healing can take place. When you become like Braco a Croatian healer is gaze or voice his the conduit for the Divine and you receive the healing silently just opening to it from within. So on another level once we stop resisting and start allowing ourselves to be in harmony with the Divine we start to heal from our issues. Healing tools help us to open up to the Divine and let go of our baggage more easily, unlocking the ties that bind us so tightly and we let the flow of the Divine in .

Love filled Ho'oponopono cleaning

Why do we clean ? How much do we clean? What do you want to achieve by cleaning? What is ho'oponopono cleaning? Do you just want to be feeling differently? All these questions about cleaning is about what you really want and what you actually feel when you are cleaning away on your memories with the ho'oponopono cleaning tools. Most of the time our mind wants to figure these things out and control our lives. But with this practice we are cleaning to be free ~ home in ourselves ~home in ~home in peace~ just plain home and feeling connected and loving ourselves and others. But as we feel we aren't there and we must clean to be free we put another pressure on ourselves, so how about we just ask ourselves " what do I really really want that I feel I don't have ? " What will it take to bring me home to myself right now ? How can I increase my ability to let go and Let God ? "

Once you know your 'theme' what you really want to experience that is governing you and causing you to act in certain ways to try to get your need for your theme met , you will better understand yourself and your motives. So ask 'what is it that I most want to give and receive' until you have found the word that is your theme now and then use that word as your cleaning tool and your magic word to manifest it into your reality. Create more of that for yourself by simply allowing it to be your experience now. If you have a pendulum ask is this word my theme  until you find it or muscle test or ask the universe~Divinity to show you the word that's your theme and confirm it to you. When you get it you will be able to unlock your hidden fears and create more joy for yourself.

Spiritual practice involves putting our attention on what we love and filling ourselves with higher energy so we can really feel the Divine within. Words can help unlock the memories causing a blockage to the Divinity within us that is always available and flowing through us. So as we clean and say "thankyou ~I love you ~Lightswitch ~ Dewdrop" what is going on is we are putting our energy into being free and switching to another level of truth and freedom. The resistance to God is melted away by the love within us.

Hello to everyone here , for some time I have thought of sharing some of the great email discourses I have been having with Ron from America for quite a while now, he writes me how he is going and what healing work he is doing and asks me questions and I share with him what I am doing also . Ron is a recipient of Divine Angel Treasures and my blog posts and he is also a member of the Commanding wealth yahoo group who practice the One Command which is a simple way of doing theta healing and manifesting positive changes for yourself and your life.

Hi Erika ,

Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this with me. I was just thinking about you when I woke up this morning wondering how things are progressing for you and then I received this.  Good way to start my day thank you. All is going well and I am doing lots of practice with my Theta Healing too especially sending people Unconditional Love. I haven't worked with anyone yet and I am re-reading the book too. Tell me please Erika what effects does Unconditional Love for a person when you have Creator send it to them? I have been doing this every morning now since the class. I send it to you and many others I know around the world.
  We had an earthquake the other day which was rather scary since we don't get them here. It was close to a 6 point and we had lots of shaking too going on. All is well and there was no damage. You keep up the wonderful work you are doing and I appreciate everything you share too.

Hi Ron, 

I am happy you liked getting this Ho'oponopono lovers Facebook post I just posted on my blog Divine Inspirations for You. I attempted to do this a while ago as I sent out one to Divine Angel Treasures in my first week of the Ho'oponopono lovers page and I couldn't get the the material from the email to convert into a blogpost to work at all within Blogger and I put much time and effort into it but I gave up on it as it was too lengthy to do. So now 3mths later I just created a new one easily from scratch as I had realised I hadn't been blogging very often as I post a lot of great stuff  on my Facebook pages, so I thought why not just  copy them into a post on my blog and WOW it was quickly done. Afterwards I realised I had succeeded in what I had tried to do 3months ago! So all things get created we attempt to do eventually in maybe a different way when we are clear and ok . Over the last 3 months the ho'oponopono lovers page has grown quickly and there are many pages of posts now and lots of sharing and I am very happy with it as a vehicle for sharing with others anything Ho'oponopono. I have now linked in to some other great Ho'oponopono Facebook pages also that are new and we are forming a good network and making friends.

Right now I am listening to a Jo Dunning healing recording that she did a day ago  and I am receiving the energy coming through her session as I write to you so I hope you get some of this Transformational energy. And now guess what she just mentioned your Earthquake you wrote about I just read ten mins ago so how is that for synchronocity. I am all the way over here in Australia and you're in America and Jo Dunning is talking now and we are connected to what is going on  in each others  part of the world. WE are each part of the problem and part of the solution,  we all have a role to give as much love and service as we can to others around us as best we can and to do all that we do with love .

The word Creator has got a bit misused within ThetaHealing and on the Internet with issues arising for people over the term and its connotations so I prefer to Use All That Is or Divinity or even God, some use Source too, apparently there are over 700 names for God out there. There are being on different spiritual planes that we may mistake for God and are happy for us to believe they are, these are the lower planes below the Soul plane. Thankyou for sending love my way , if you send love through God or a spiritual master to someone this is a good way to do it, you can also  do it from your heart to theirs and just say I love you thankyou God Bless You, I wish you Love, Health and Progress . How much the person receives is how open  and allowing of Love to come in they are and the channel you send it through will see that they receive the right amount for them so as not unbalance them .  So what effect it has is to raise the vibration of everyone and the planet as you send out love , so we all benefit and YOU get filled with love also.

Thinking of the person as happy and perfect and receiving all that they would wish for themselves  is beneficial also . Pure love from the heart comes from God and as you are a vehicle for this Love to come through you and you allow the love to flow thru you  fully this is divine service and IT will do whatever is  Gods will for all around you, you may not consciously do anything at all but God can work through you. I am allowing Jo Dunnings wonderful healing energy to be channeled to you and anyone else who reads this too. I have been wanting to share our wonderful email conversations for a while so I will start with this one, and if I find people have enjoyed our discourse I will share more.

 Do what you feel guided to do Ron and you can't go wrong. Trust all you do is doing good and having a wonderful effect. If we saw all that is the outcome of our thoughts feelings and actions we would mind what we do and say much more. One negative thought about someone can switch off their Energy and over a long period of time can cause illness and problems for them and for ourselves too! That is if the person hasn't protected themselves from others negative thought forms with an Energy Bubble of Love , you can clear yourself of non beneficial thought forms and negative energy daily , just say

" I raise my energy to the highest Divine and Healing level now,

and free myself from all negative energies that inhabit my body

and energy field sending these to the proper plane to free them 

from attachment now !"
