Overnite I put on my headphones The Secret Brain Omega level brainwave entrainment audios, I hadn't listened to them in a long while and I had found them excellent but had stopped..these are free and each month you can download a new level..You are only meant to listen to them in a certain order and program and I had stopped when I had to try and follow this..So I decided to listen to them how I used to just at the frequency and way I liked to ..In the morning I had quite a few interesting dream experiences in the inner planes...Going to sleep I had read my spiritual discourse and had decided to read that out of monthly order too just to break out of what I perceived as the only way you are meant to read the book...So I was on a bit of a bend the rules and follow my own inner drummer..just to see if I could and get past any resistance to doing these activities...

In the morning I slept in and woke up at the time I had Braco Livestreaming sessions booked so up I jumped to do 2 back to back Gazing sessions with Braco...I held up my Braco Board with all the photos and peoples names I had on it..I found myself trying to focus on just receiving the healing Gaze but my mind would bring up any issues I felt were a problem for me to deal with so I would surrender them up too !!! Again I felt all the love and connection with the live audience sharing their Braco experiences!! My son walked into the kitchen and I felt a bit conscious of what he was thinking of me watching the Braco video presentations going on...mad Mum probably and she believes that stuff... 
After Braco it was try to do things before a wonderful Jo Dunning and Debra Cummings webinar would be on at noon with a special hour of transformational healing. I made it just in time and did many many healing processes on many things like Grief and Loss and Self Esteem and Money, it isn't very often now that Jo Dunning does these sessions and this was a special free gift..Many people had submitted their healing requests to Jo thru the event page and she found a way to assist all with these !! I was very happy and grateful for this session and focused on any areas of concern for me..

After this I was busy online and writing a great post for my Soul Energy Healing group on the Energy of our group and David Hawkins Map of Consciousness..I googled a map and found a slideshow and then got inspired to dowse a few well known healers and other things for their levels of consciousness..This was very interesting and opened me up to checking the energy levels of certain situations I had experienced recently, one in particular measured in at 40 and had taken me a while to get free of so at 40 there wasn't much truth in what was said !!! Above 200 is the level of courage and above negative states.

I facilitated a Brain Balance Healing session for those signed up for it in my facebook Soul Energy healing group after testing the overall group level of the name list was below 70% and afterwards it was 100%...  After this I was logged in online for doing readings for the company I work for.....
Later I managed to get the vacuuming done which had been due for days and I had been dropping loud hints it needed doing and hoping my son would do it but he was not interested and busy..
I mopped all the floors and enjoyed the clean kitchen floor ...Next the shower recess got a really good scrub and the bathroom more cleaning !!!OH how I would love a cleaning lady to come and work her magic every week !! I request an MBO for this !!!

My husband and son were in and out of the house today at different times and somehow each day  I play mother wife maid cook and Angel Intuitive Healer Reader and change my hat and role many times over...By dinner time I headed for my bedroom to have some time out however 5mins later I got a phone reading and did that on the bed and we had a good reading session...Then it was dinner time and hubee calls me to come as he has made dinner and I give up on time alone reading and contemplating for a while...After dinner we had a big discussion re some family situations that are occuring that we will be involved in and I realised the session with Jo Dunning was working away clearing on this too...So now here I am writing this journal as I have had the idea many many times to journal some of my healing experiences and haven't ever got me to do it before !!! I had to stop writing a minute ago and do a reading for someone who had lost a son and wanted to have contact with him again I was glad of the healing process Jo D did with grief and loss today knowing the energy is working away in me on this now !!!! All in all a pretty good day and evening at is now 9pm, and I have logged off from the line now !!

The other day while on an interstate train journey I checked myself for my brain being FULLY balanced, my brain fully hydrated and getting all oxygen, blood flow balance, brain chemicals, hormones, brain wave frequency, brain hemispheres balanced, brain functioning, ill effects of trauma and stress from any negative thought or emotion on my brain etc, blood sugar levels and more..   Ha Breathing ~ Dr. Len also states in a recording that just the "Ha" breathing can cure depression. Breath in while counting to 10 (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10), but just as fast as you normally count, no need to go slow unless you want to. Then hold your breath in for a count of 10. Then let out your breath for a count of 10 (even happily sighing or "haaaa" if you want). Do this 10 times or however long you'd like. It's a beautiful thing! if the number 7 suits you count to 7 and do 7 cycles !

Just a little story from Erika L Soul .....

Last week I ventured into the city of Melbourne by train a little worse for wear as I had been unwell but wanted to keep the commitment I had with a job I was booked in for that morning so off I went with my SRC4U program going and Braco dvd's playing for my Braco Gazing Board and I got thru the day quite good enough... After going to the Discount Health Shop for some get well remedies for me I was walking back to Flinders St Station along Elisabeth St and noticed a sign hanging and a guy handing out leaflets and my curiosity got the better of me and even though still not feeling too well and all,  I went up two flights of stairs to check out a vegetarian eatery up there. It was called Om Vegetarian and I had never seen it before and I thought I knew them all in the city having eaten at Gopals a hare Krishna restaurant for many years in the city.. I got my food and they made it vegan as well for me for $6 and sat down at table and looked at this place where many people were coming into get their lunch meal and there were many tables to sit at and most were full.. I got two vegetarian curries and rice and they offered you free indian bread with your meal and at an all you can eat deal for $6 this was excellent...

I had not planned on this outing at all for lunch as I had brought some food with me but this was a nice respite and a discovery...After getting up very early and not much sleep  I was ready for this treat..Then I did what all good dowsers would do I checked the energy of the place. This place is run by a spiritual faith group  and a picture of an Indian type swami was on the wall blessing the place and many mandalas were on the walls and there was a good atmosphere. I didn't mind all this as it feels good to eat in a place that has spiritual values ! What I discovered was quite amazing to me, I was probably sitting in one of the few places in town where I could really chill out and have a break from the energy outside !! The energy level was very high way above Raymon Grace's  60,000 and the level of Love was 100% and there was no negative Energy at all, and the place  tested as 100% CLEAR !!

 I was very astonished having dowsed many public buildings when I am out and I get very busy dowsing to see what difference I can make .. So with all their spiritual practice and givingness this place is a little holiday from negativity while you eat your lunch which would also be blessed with the good energy also !!! Wonders never cease !

I was grateful for this Blessing in my day and caught my train home in good spirits...

Over the rainbow lies a pot of Gold waiting for you however if you don't travel over the rainbow you cannot find it..So ride that Rainbow Of Colours, go thru the Mist and on the other side is much that will delight and enliven you ..

The Pot Of Gold is the Golden Treasure that is the real lasting wealth and only this will ever sustain you.. So chase rainbows , catch the butterflies, dance in the wind , soar above the clouds and connect with all of LIFE and see where it takes you, maybe over the rainbow to the most highest place that dwells deep within you that only you can discover if you will but try !!! 

I am always with you and you are never really alone with love Love LOVE, as this is what sustains all of LIFE simply LOVE, so be the LoVe that is really you, give Love and see what happens when you are the Energy Of Love, which seeks nothing, hopes for nothing and has everything.

Happiness is a Choice

 

Happiness is just a Choice !!!

  What would be the worst thing about being absolutely happy all the time? Bring up that reality and look at it and see what would be the worst thing about this ??? So do you find one thing ??? And if you were that happy would you even care about the worst thing happening ? Only the mind saying no this is not possible you can only be happy when we have this, do that, go here, have enough, am good enough, forgive us and others, all conditions on being happy !!! But what if it is a choice to choose this and be that happy all the time? What is stopping you ? The bills, work, family, your partner, your lack of something, God ???? Are they really stopping you or is something else ? 

What if you try it for a day, decide no matter what you will be deliriously and delightfully happy.

Kids are and when they get unhappy it is only til the wind changes and they go forgetting about the thing that they let stop their unhappiness. Maybe being like kids, happy for no reason whatsoever , just happy because it is your natural state is what we can choose for ourselves now.

What if all your unhappiness was an illusion, not real and made up but you bought it as serious and a problem and your mind says you better fix it or else something bad will happen..So is it a fear of a bad thing happening sometime someway somehow someplace that is controlling your willingness to be your true happy self ??? What if you took your power back and said STUFF ALL THAT NONSENSE !!! I am going to be my happy SELF and nothing or no one can stop me . And if they try I will see this as just an attempt to make me give up being happy and I choose to stay happy whether it pleases them or not as my being unhappy just is not what I choose anymore ..... I don't need to be unhappy to fit in with others and not make them unhappy by my choosing to be happy, I can show them that being HAPPY is possible and a choice !~ I love being happy and my happiness serves the whole world !!!!

Sing chant hum the word HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY over and over each day bringing happy energy up !!!! How happy can you allow yourself to BE Now ??? Alot or a little ? What if you could Allow yourself to be happier and happier and happier ? What if that is a possibility for you and your life right now ??? Could you, would you allow that now ? Yes, good you have now joined the HAPPY CLUB and yes there are some people in it already and it is growing! So let's start our own Happy Club here and now, are you joining us ??? 40. I request and grant myself Karmic Absolution with the assistance of the Karmic board of 100% pure light.

All limitations that would prevent my DNA from full activation including but not limited to the following: chemtrails, HARP, any karmic cords, ties or attachments, electronic barriers, technical devices, deception matrices, project double mirror, negative carrier waves or mind control frequencies delivered on Radio, Shortwave, TV signals, AC/DC, microwave or on any other inhibiting frequencies  known or unknown, any transferred or implanted digressive genetic codes, crystal gene matrix distortions, out of sequence genetic codes, aggressive karmic genetic imprints, contaminated genetic codes, holographic inserts, unwanted implants and magical intentions and all non beneficial devices, toxins, mind melts. Energy field dampeners, Borg technology, allow attractor fields, holes in the aura, life drain spells, scalar technology, distorted reality agreements,  inappropriate manufactured dimensional bodies, ability blocking devices, harmful Wernick’s[i] commands (I first remove bobby traps, then deactivate Wernick commands and I then permanently remove them) and any and all devices from any and all sources.
56. I also revoke all non-beneficial seals, covenants or vows that I may have taken in this or any other past life on this or on any other space, time or dimension.
57. All negative energies attached to master number activations such as 11-11 and 12-12, etc. or any inhibiting frequencies as well as any and all other DNA genetic dampening devices from any origin including my soul group, my contacts, church and religion, race, state, country, family, planet, rulers and governments, solar system, galaxy, and universe and any and all alternative universes, planets, worlds, in this or any other time, space or dimensions or in this or any other lifetime or multidimensional reality that would inhibit the full activation of my DNA, the development of my crystal gene matrix structure and my light body.
58. I give my cells permission to release any and all non-beneficial energies held in their genetic code or matrixes that may have been derived from any space, time, or dimension either know or unknown

And in conclusion and in my Holy Name I now revoke and deny permission for any and all non-beneficial intrusions into my energy fields from any and all sources. I transform, translate, transmute, transfigure, heal and repair the above stated  actions and any other not yet stated non-beneficial thought forms and energies in, around or through my being and I do so throughout all time space and dimensional matrices both known or unknown including deleting all original causes, core beliefs, past and present life traumas and effects. I call one soul heal here and now and I retrieve, heal and repair any and all aspect of my fragmented soul. I remove all infection and I bring all healing crisis associated with these actions to a successful conclusion such that I am pain free and any damage is now fully repaired. I declare it so and so it is. Thank you.

Spinning the pendulum clockwise I state aloud: With the assistance of Prime Creator I translate, transmute, transform, and transfigure heal and repair all that I have stated and replace it with Prime Creator’s love, light and tone. I am now reborn anew in this moment. I ask for assistance to create Elohim shields of protection, cosmic swat team and masters of light. I invoke the Law of One. I declare I am not a victim. I now create a new reality and I invoke this reality into this now moment with each every breath that I take. With this breath and each subsequent breath I take full control of my life with each right thoughts, words, deed and action. I encapsulate all non beneficial energies, entities or beings and send them back to the light. I hereby close, seal, and permanently lock closed all inter-dimensional gates and doorways or any other intrusions into my energy field, multidimensional realities, chakras and soul blueprint or my present incarnational or any other blueprint that is not 100% of the pure light. Locate all missing soul parts from this life and all past lives from the beginning of time and bring them back. I cleanse them, heal them, fill them with the Light, and integrate them with my soul. I clamp the cords to any soul parts that cannot be brought back at this time. I clean, heal, and shield my soul with violet light of St. Germain (100% of the divine light) and I declare it so and so it is.  My brain is clear, rebooted, repatterned and balanced and my DNA and etheric, emotional and mental bodies are in harmony and balance with my original blue print. With each Deep Clearing I spiritually cleanse myself and my protection level is increased such that my auric field repels all psychic attacks or repossession attempts. I fill the void with higher dimensional energies and I now grant love, forgiveness and freedom to any and all including myself if I participated in inhibiting my or others DNA activation or obstructed my own or others soul paths, and in addition I now call in the higher dimensional energies to translate, transmute, transform and transfigure, anchor, repair, purify, assemble and activate my DNA and genetic structure to the full limit of what my body, energy structures, soul matrices and over souls can hold in each moment, and I grant myself the full memory of all lifetimes and the remembrance of the purpose and the work for which I have come to planet earth and in my Holy Name I declare it so, and so it is. Now check on a scale of 0 to 100% with 100% being clear to see how clear you are. If you are not 100% then clear yourself again. Sometimes it takes 3 times to fully clear. The above wording can be placed in a plastic sleeve. On the reverse side or on another piece of paper list all persons, things or places that you would like to clear each time you clear yourself. You may place this sheet under your paper radionics chart and broadcast it 365/24/7. Ask Archangel Michael, Saint Germain and your Light Team to please assist you in taking care of this clearing request and then express gratitude that it has been done.   To set the clearing intent in your energy field it is best initially to do a Deep Clearing at least once a day for three weeks then use the short form (in red below) for 3 weeks and then you can use the word “clear” and it will have the same clearing action as doing the full Deep Clearing.
