Ho'oponopono ~ Oneness with the All

When we separate ourselves from the Source of Love within us we then feel the pain of this 
and act out this division, in truth we are All Love and nothing else. Any time we have a judgement about ourselves or another it creates a division within us and we can ask to clean whatever is creating this within us and return to the Peace Of I .

We can say to ourselves and others " Thankyou ~ I Love You and I always will and I am sorry and Please forgive me for whatever in me has created separation and division."
