In one of Joe Vitale's books he shares a story about a man that was ill with double pneumonia and he didn't want to go to hospital so he decided to say this Thankyou prayer over and over for 24 hours, he posted the words all throughout his house, he made a recording of it and played it over and over. And he says 24 hours later he was healed and healthy again..So it is powerful to repeat this over and over !!!

Ho'oponopono & Thy Will be Done....
This Ho'oponopono Cleaning spiritual practice is one that requires you to put in the effort to achieve the state of peace and love that can be the result of doing the ho'oponopono cleaning. You don't get it by saying I must get this outcome I want and need, only by cleaning and letting Go and letting God do what God wills. So we are all children of the Divine who can become aware that there is a loving parent (God) holding us at all times and that we can learn how to let go and trust that we are being held. If you don't like the God word just substitute the Divine or any other word you like.
The anxiety we feel is just the memories replaying causing us to whimper and cry and feel scared. If we just quiet ourselves with the cleaning phrases til we feel at peace then we can hear the loving voice of God telling us all is well and all is ok. If we can let go and trust God is there in the silence and is always waiting for us to awaken to this truth. If ho'oponopono isn't your cup of tea then sing or chant any word you hold in high esteem or that is sacred to you, as there are many highly charged words and holy words that are very powerful and will do the same as a ho'oponopono cleaning word or tool. A default word is LOVE !
I love you dear memories that displace my awareness of God and the truth, thank you, I am free, I am home, I remember who I am. I can be at peace and trust that everything will work out perfectly according to the Divine's will, not my will, but Thy will be done. I surrender my desire into Gods will and God's desire.
The cleaning is important for without it we are stuck in the movie of the illusion that we have created with false data . So we can learn how to love and accept that all that is happening is only for our good and our benefit. As we say " May The Blessings Be" over and over this is a way of letting Go and Letting God do what is Gods will in any situation. So when you don't know how to help someone or a situation saying May the Blessings Be as a way of releasing the situation to God. Even someone in a bad state of mind or body or you need protection you can say " May The Blessings Be" or Baraka Bashad is the equivalent also.

Dewdrop works on everything especially our fears and emotional issues you can simply tap with a pencil with the eraser end on any item, a document, paperwork, files, even a photo of someone or yourself as a child or your child even if they are grown up, saying DEWDROP DEWDROP DEWDROP.
You can write the name of a person or issue you want to clean
on and tap with the eraser end of a pencil saying Dewdrop repeatedly
whenever you think of it bothering you until there is no more issue you
have with it. You can write 3 words down each representing an issue
or person or problem for you and simply tap with a pencil on them saying
Dewdrop and this is cleaning on these memories and just keep coming back and tapping on the three words when you feel or think of them and feel any discomfort .
And you can say Pencil as a
cleaning tool also. AS you say dewdrop holding the pencil, the pencil becomes a divine cleaning tool..
Contemplate on the word and breathe in the energy of Dewdrop into your being and experience the cleaning energy of it and receive your own inspiration of what it is!

Inspiring Ho'oponopono Cleaning Story

I am a client of Kelly's. I just wanted to tell you that I have been having a really tough time with my boss lately and it had gotten to a point where there was nothing positive about the relationship. I was feeling so drained and weak and just beaten. Then I talked to Kelly.

She told me to do the mantra :
"I love you, I am sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you."
Last night I did it on my boss 20 times. And today he was nice to me - I had a great day at work. But better still when I woke up this morning I actually felt bouncy, I felt clear headed, I felt focussed and I felt confident again. My day went brilliantly. I did all my reports and even got some of tomorrows work done too.
My boss was pleasant and we even had a joke.
The mantra worked - I dont know how but it worked on me as well as him.

Erika's Healing Journey Journal continued....
Recently I went on 3months of Jo Dunnings Instant Access program for the first time ever and got this at a huge discount as they had Jo on a telesummit and they offered Instant Access at the $97 rate! So on Xmas
Day as my pressy to me I got this and on the last day it was available to all, after this it was listed on her website as Sold Out which it still is right now i.e. March/April. So for 3 months whatever I have had going on within me about
anything I have had the Instant Access healing process of Jo Dunning connected with me to address and clear what was bugging me or causing an issue, all I have to do is bring up the thought of Instant Access and anything going on for me and it would be flowing into to bring about healing and balance til no more issue for however long this would take !! I had to get past my mind and be open for
this as I had known about Instant Access for a long time but suddenly for a one payment low price for 3mths I
did it signed up and it has just finnished now!!
It has been an interesting 3months since then .. I found listening to Jo's recording on her website on Instant Access helped me each time I heard it to connect in more and more with the Energy of Instant access and to accept it as real and with me..I had 3 months to focus on anything bothering me and just bring up the energy of Instant Access to clear it, for however long it would take...I spent alot of time experimenting with it to see what benefit I could receive from it , and found it did help with situations and my current state..I figured if I had 3mths I would really utilise it to transform transmute issues and problems... I used it on everything and anything at all and found it good to not need to do a process and clearing technique on something just go Instant Access for this now in my mind !!! And then in March this month I just completed Ann Taylors 21 days healing program
where she works on you for 21 days with a whole set
of belief clearings and negative emotions and installing new beliefs so that was quite a time I had with that each day
receiving her energy work !!! Over a long period of time I have received many
invitations to her 21 days and not ever wanted to pay the $247 for it at all and then just like that I go enrol in it after dowsing on
it etc and I got it at a very reasonable cost !!! This works on clearing hundreds of beliefs
and in your family and ancestors too !! I got emails each day saying what clearings were done for everyone signed up and what the topic was and found it a very interesting three weeks as it intensified your healing journey and got you clear of many fears and issues you have..She works with God as her Change agent doing what is for your highest good and Gods will what is done for you...Now this has just finnished in time for Easter and what a time I have had this month with this program..I am still surprised I got into these healing programs as I never usually do at all !!! Time will tell on the effect on me and my life in the future !! For now time to relax and just be after so many things have been worked on ...As this program clears it in you your family and ancestors it wil also interesting to see what changes occur within the family. And then in February and March I received Tamra Oviatt's Sacred activations all of them
during this time in the last few months and they are very life changing powerful
Activations and you can redo them from a recording many times which I have
....So I have been thru a lot as all of this brings up all your good stuff to be
healed and released, loads of belief clearingso I am much lighter !!! Each Activation is for something different and connects to the higher realms who assist them and they only come in at the rate that is right for each person...Tamra is a theta healer and I can easily understand her work and am open to receiving it. I have also dowsed Tamra Oviatt's and her Sacred Activations and I found them at a high vibration. When I fall asleep listening to them I have some interesting dreams. My next step is doing the Practitioner training so I can facilitate these Sacred Activations !! I would love a sponsor to pay for all my trainings I would love to be doing, I have a list, wouldn't that be wonderful yes thankyou . !!!

over Easter I can start a new cycle and see what I get up to next !!! So this year is really rock'n'rolling for me !! Ah now I
see this year is the Year of clearing out past stuff to go forward into a new 12 year
cycle so I have been actively doing this !! I have also been reading Catherine Ponders books as I got three of her books from my library system and I love
reading them and the special statements for healing and changing things !!! I
have all her books on my Amazon wish list as I want to have them all !!!

My Healing Journal
Overnite I put on my headphones The Secret Brain Omega level brainwave entrainment audios, I hadn't listened to them in a long while and I had found them excellent but had stopped..these are free and each month you can download a new level..You are only meant to listen to them in a certain order and program and I had stopped when I had to try and follow this..So I decided to listen to them how I used to just at the frequency and way I liked to ..In the morning I had quite a few interesting dream experiences in the inner planes...Going to sleep I had read my spiritual discourse and had decided to read that out of monthly order too just to break out of what I perceived as the only way you are meant to read the book...So I was on a bit of a bend the rules and follow my own inner drummer..just to see if I could and get past any resistance to doing these activities...
In the morning I slept in and woke up at the time I had Braco Livestreaming sessions booked so up I jumped to do 2 back to back Gazing sessions with Braco...I held up my Braco Board with all the photos and peoples names I had on it..I found myself trying to focus on just receiving the healing Gaze but my mind would bring up any issues I felt were a problem for me to deal with so I would surrender them up too !!! Again I felt all the love and connection with the live audience sharing their Braco experiences!! My son walked into the kitchen and I felt a bit conscious of what he was thinking of me watching the Braco video presentations going on...mad Mum probably and she believes that stuff...
After Braco it was try to do things before a wonderful Jo Dunning and Debra Cummings webinar would be on at noon with a special hour of transformational healing. I made it just in time and did many many healing processes on many things like Grief and Loss and Self Esteem and Money, it isn't very often now that Jo Dunning does these sessions and this was a special free gift..Many people had submitted their healing requests to Jo thru the event page and she found a way to assist all with these !! I was very happy and grateful for this session and focused on any areas of concern for me..
After this I was busy online and writing a great post for my Soul Energy Healing group on the Energy of our group and David Hawkins Map of Consciousness..I googled a map and found a slideshow and then got inspired to dowse a few well known healers and other things for their levels of consciousness..This was very interesting and opened me up to checking the energy levels of certain situations I had experienced recently, one in particular measured in at 40 and had taken me a while to get free of so at 40 there wasn't much truth in what was said !!! Above 200 is the level of courage and above negative states.
I facilitated a Brain Balance Healing session for those signed up for it in my facebook Soul Energy healing group after testing the overall group level of the name list was below 70% and afterwards it was 100%... After this I was logged in online for doing readings for the company I work for.....
Later I managed to get the vacuuming done which had been due for days and I had been dropping loud hints it needed doing and hoping my son would do it but he was not interested and busy..
I mopped all the floors and enjoyed the clean kitchen floor ...Next the shower recess got a really good scrub and the bathroom more cleaning !!!OH how I would love a cleaning lady to come and work her magic every week !! I request an MBO for this !!!
My husband and son were in and out of the house today at different times and somehow each day I play mother wife maid cook and Angel Intuitive Healer Reader and change my hat and role many times over...By dinner time I headed for my bedroom to have some time out however 5mins later I got a phone reading and did that on the bed and we had a good reading session...Then it was dinner time and hubee calls me to come as he has made dinner and I give up on time alone reading and contemplating for a while...After dinner we had a big discussion re some family situations that are occuring that we will be involved in and I realised the session with Jo Dunning was working away clearing on this too...So now here I am writing this journal as I have had the idea many many times to journal some of my healing experiences and haven't ever got me to do it before !!! I had to stop writing a minute ago and do a reading for someone who had lost a son and wanted to have contact with him again I was glad of the healing process Jo D did with grief and loss today knowing the energy is working away in me on this now !!!! All in all a pretty good day and evening at is now 9pm, and I have logged off from the line now !!

Ha Breathing ~ Dr. Len also states in a recording that just the "Ha" breathing can cure depression. Breath in while counting to 10 (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10), but just as fast as you normally count, no need to go slow unless you want to. Then hold your breath in for a count of 10. Then let out your breath for a count of 10 (even happily sighing or "haaaa" if you want). Do this 10 times or however long you'd like. It's a beautiful thing! if the number 7 suits you count to 7 and do 7 cycles !
