Dream a little dream of Me

The story of my life has now become an incredible journey and a half. I am now remembering how things began to change. One morning I actually started to awaken and wonder about life . Curiousity was the energy to lead me forward, and I wondered at so many things. Many exciting things occuring became my daily experience, as I opened myself to new ways to live and love. Joy became my catchword , Joy in myself, Joy in others, Joy in everything. Things became attracted to me I had never before believed possible, my life became an unknown journey, an exciting possibility. 

Wonder and imagination became my best friends , as I wondered about something like 'I wonder if this could be possible for me to do' I would discover ways it was. I started to lead myself to the green pastures I had always dreamed of. People around me were amazed at the divine miracles occuring every day in my life. I started attracting daily divine blessings into my life of gifts of love, miracles and abundance. Finally I had turned a corner and the true me had emerged, the Awakened Self. Eager for life and living, trusting in myself and God, I had finally let Go and let God . Many strange things occurred , visions of the future would pop into my mind and I would see myself doing amazing activities in this world and the spiritual worlds.

All of this became my life and how I live now. I didn't have to die to reach nirvana I only had to let myself Be and open up to all the richness within and without. Remember the song Let it Be~ Let it Be~ Let it Be. I became like a little child playful free and having lots of fun, laughing at anything and everything. Others around me became infected with my energy of enthusiasm. My life became a divine blessing for me and everyone. My heart became fully open and abundant giving and receiving evermore. And so it is now in my life that I dream a thing and it is so already , just a little imagination and fun and it comes into existence. My time is filled with richness fullness and isness, and I am very grateful, thankyou thankyou thankyou !!!!!

Even after being offered release, he stayed in prison for another year, as he felt he was there for a reason, and wanted to finish his research. Very basically, his research shows that for every two pounds of body weight,a person needs one ounce of water. So a 100 pound person needs 50 ounces of water a day,a 150 pound person 75 ounces and so on. For every ounce of a caffeinated or alcoholic beverage, a person needs anadditional two ounces of water. BTW: other liquids such as juice, pop, tea, and so forth does not count as water. He also touted the importance of salt in hydration and the overall health of the body vs. sodium (table salt). A story on Listening to your Guides

One time  last year in June while visiting my girlfriend in Tweed Heads Sth for a stopover on our way from the Central Coast to Caloundra we were discussing where to go for an outing  so I picked a card from her new card deck Soul Coaching Oracle Cards by Denise Lynn and there was a picture of hills and it said Adventure and to go somewhere new, so I closed my eyes and asked My Guides and Angels where could we go , we had talked about Byron Bay but I felt no energy in me saying yes to this.I had been reading Angelspeake which I had found on Eileen's bookshelf for a day and it was all about talking to your Angels so I was very open to speaking to them at that moment. 

So I wait to hear or see where to go and I get Tallebudgera , it just presented itself in my mind very clearly, so we all decide to go for a drive there, my girlfriend Eileen and my husband Michael . We went driving up and around, lush tropical mountains  I thought my girlfriend knew the roads and where we were but she started asking at intersections in the middle of the hilly countryside whether to go left or right. Each time I would listen to the inner guidance and I would get to go right , and so we  ended up being on a road that took us into the back of Tallebudgera and I was very relieved we were back in civilisation and where we wanted to get to.We ate lunch at a Hare Krishna cafe that had great vegetarian food and it was very different from Brisbane and Melbourne Gopals restarurants and one which I hadn't known about or been to before.

After our yum lunch we went into many shops and I bought a lovely hot pink velour top and emerald green velvet skirt plus another lovely top at a great price in a  Salvos store , nicer than the clothes in the expensive shops we'd been in. While we were walking around the shops we heard that Kevin Rudd was out and Julia Gillard was in , it was quite amazing to see this on the news and some people in the Salvos store confirmed it . This was a very surprising outing and I was stunned at the change of prime minister and to a woman as well ! 

 We'd had quite an adventure of going to new places we hadn't been to before which the card I got suggested. So look what happened when I asked the angels for guidance on our day and was open to following it. Trusting what you get and that it really is guidance comes with practice and experience.

Healing Moments 5 : Braco healing

Yesterday afternoon I was feeling out of balance and I wasn't doing anything to clear myself or to rest and just be for a while, so I chose to watch some Braco videos on repeat , the 'Meeting Braco 1 & 2 updated' and the Braco Tribute . I hadn't even stopped to release all the stuff from my day and rest I was just OK again from watching Braco. After this I kept a mini screen from Windows Media player going so I could see and hear the Braco videos anytime I was doing anything on the computer and all was well again within me. I had slowed down and had let go of the stuff from my day. A little Miracle ! A Healing Moment!

I could write a story on my day up til Braco and then afterwards relaxing and watching I dream of Jeannie with a cuppa and snack, what a change. The video sure worked its magic into my heart and mind thankyou Braco and all of the Braco helpers worldwide. Many more gifts and blessings came to me also as a result of being restored back to myself again. One was a way of doing ZPoint clearing simply and easily with my own healing version of the protocol I have created and using this in a new way that came in as an inspiration. No need to say all the Zpoint statements and clearings they do which are great but a shortcut that I am now using . As the protocol is Grant Connoly's and I have edited it for including other healing processes also I am not posting it unless I know this is ok with Grant. However I can share it privately  and what I have created as a process.

Meeting Braco Part 1/2 - updated

Healing Moments 4 : Recipes for Healing

I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you and thankyou are phrases that are used in Ho'oponopono an Hawaiian healing method for releasing memories and problems that continually show up that bother you .To learn about this spiritual practice click here; ho'oponopono.

You can do the ho'oponopono cleaning like a mantra, just chanting the phrases works really well, no pausing just continously repeating them. I am sorry Please forgive me I love you thankyou over and over and even while doing this chanting the mind wants to come up with STUFF!.  So you say it really fast over and over for as long as you can the four phrases and then after a while it slows down and becomes calmer and you are clearer. When you do it you may  notice what comes up even while cleaning and you may realise why Dr Hew Len says 24/7 cleaning as STUFF comes up continually.

 After a while you just naturally stop the chanting and then you notice it has set up a loop and it keeps on going within you. Everything is cleaned and clear after this and you are OK again. You can say it aloud or mentally when you feel you are unclear again and memories are actively replaying  old records. You can use any words that are good for you to sing or chant repeatedly as doing this helps you to reconnect to the love and wisdom within you.

Healing Moments 3: Recipes for Healing

I, Erika L Soul work as a transformational Healing facilitator and Angel Channelling Guide , I give readings and healings from my private reading Healing room and also public and private venues. I am a ThetaHealer and Spiritual Counsellor and I work with many wonderful healing methods especially energy healing and Ho'oponopono. I listen to the Angels and give Healing Angel messages . I share on this blog Divine Inspirations for You which is connected to my RainbowHealings website many healing tools and tips and Angelspeaking messages. My life is dedicated to spiritual unfoldment and assisting others to release limitations blocks beliefs holding them back from living their dreams and aspirations. I love to make Healing Recipes from my spiritual toolkit and create Most Benevolent Outcomes for all. I also enjoy creating Spiritual Art and writing Inspirational verse which I  share here from time to time.

This Healing Moment 3, is for checking if you are in the full flow of Abundance or not. First ask yourself what percentage are you allowing in the Abundance right now, see if you get a sense of whether its 25% and higher up to 100% fully allowing in the flow of Abundance into you and your life. If you know how to energy test (muscle test)  then use that for testing your percentage . If you can't get a sense of how much you are allowing in Abundance don't worry, you know if you feel prosperous and abundant and if your life is reflecting abundance and prosperity so just go ahead and do the next section.

Next is to cut the cords with all that is blocking you from being 100% fully allowing in your Abundance of Money energy love etc. So to do this you can ask your Love and Light beings, or whoever you want to address, to cut all these cords for you that are blocking the full flow of Abundance into you and your life and to please heal and transmute all energy into love , then you chant at the end a word like Love , Hu , God or anything til you feel no more energy to chant. You can hold a crystal wand and wave it how you feel guided to while you say this or imagine the cords being cut by the Angels for you.

Love and Light beings  please cut  the cords of All  that is blocking me from  100% fully allowing in my divine supply of  Abundance, Money, Energy, Love .  In the name of the Highest  please heal and transmute all energy into love, thankyou , love love love love love love love love love love love love love

Now check again what percentage you sense you're at now, and keep going til you get to 100%.  If you have another healing tool you wish to use instead then use that . When I did it just before I wrote this post  I used the cut the cords method plus another one at the end, (see next paragraph for it)  Until I was at 100% fully allowing all Abundance into me. And yes you may do this method for clearing your blocks to Abundance anytime you sense you are doing this until one day you just always stay in full allowing mode all the time. Another great method you can use for clearing on anything is  Nei Gong Hwa Jing as taught by Grandmaster David Harris on Youtube. "Nei Gong Hwa Jing” or “Inner Circle of Mysterious Power” is a very simple technique to clear negative emotions and stress. It can also be applied to physical trauma or spiritual problems. I simply hold my third finger of my right hand with my thumb and forefinger of my left hand and lightly tap as I say : Search for all, Remove all and Clear All, you may repeat this a few times til you feel you are clear and better. You can use any finger to press with your thumb and forefinger. David Harris has another 5 videos for doing this method for physical ailments and problems on Youtube also, plus a method called Yes thoughts or  Yes therapy that is similar to  Nei Gong Hwa Jing but  worded in a simple format for you to follow .Here is a link to reading up on this method and the youtube links for it also at PersonalSuccessTools

♥Healing Moments♥ 2) Breakthrough !

This Healing Moments is an easy process for going from bad negative feelings to a positive happy and healed state. In the past I used to do a writing  exercise where I would write a word for each feeling I had in a big loop on a page  til I got to the positive feelings and  a clearer state, sometimes it would take a while but each feeling got heard and acknowledged and then I found I would spiral out of it into positive words and feelings. You can write a thought or a feeling word , either way it gets heard and expressed out of you and negates it having any negative effect on your health. It's like the fog of negativity clears and the Sun breaks through. You can do this however you feel inspired to it may be a different way of doing the same thing and you can always share this in the comments section or email me.

Below here I started from the bottom on this list of negative feelings until I came up to brighter energy on the top of the list. I can't write it like on paper to do a big U or circle. I always start in one place on the page and end up in another higher space on the page. Please read it from the bottom of the list up. This is a Healing Moment I created as an experience while writing it for you. As you read this if anything resonates for you let it go as you keep reading each word up the list and if you aren't clear at the end do your own one and keep going til you breakthrough into positive feelings and back to yourself again. Another way I use is I sing " HU - Mahanta (Highest consciousnesses) - Sugmad (Word for God) - HU, Z (spiritual master) will you show me what to do." You can insert the words you like to use for what you believe in and make this your own or you can use what I say. It's funny but as I am writing this I am having the experience of being unclear as I am not sure what to write about in this post. Now since I wrote the last sentence I have added additional info all over this post and it has unfolded very wonderfully, no more blankness. I have written it from the end and then the middle and the beginning,its had a life of its own. I am here just allowing it to be created through me. So you can just say I am not sure what to do next and then be open to following your nudges,intuition, feelings without any controlling of the process ! We only need to get ourselves out of the way. Feeling is one way to know which way to go, does one way feel better more clear . First its important to release your stuff in the way by letting go of it and I could share pages on this alone, how to etc. But as each healing moment is created all will be covered in time. I may even add more to this post in the future as I am inspired to.

HU HU HU HU HU

 

One of the ways to connect with the divine is to sing  HU,  a love song to God, a sound you sing out loud to lift yourself spiritually. The sound I use is called the HU (pronouced Hue). HU is an ancient name for God or Divine Spirit. It's sung as a long drawn out note and comes out sounding like "Huuoooooooo....". You can hear a sample of people singing HU by pressing the Play button below.

   When sung with a feeling of love in the heart, it uplifts and helps to center oneself. You can sing it anytime inside your head mentaly if you wish. This can be very usefull in times of trouble, to help rise above whatever is causing problems, and get answers from your own inner guidance.

   To sing HU, first get comfortable either sitting or lying down, with your hands in your lap or by your sides, and your feet uncrossed. Then place your attention on a spot between the eyebrows, just above the bridge of the nose. Think of some loving or happy experience you have had, and then sing HU in a long drawn out note. Sing it for as long as you feel comfortable. Generally at first no more than 20 minutes.

You may experience upliftment, see colours in your third eye area, or hear uplifting sounds, such as nature sounds or uplifting music. All of these are manifestations of divine love.

Ponder on This!

The piano teacher looks at the clock again, it is 5.30p.m and his client is 15mins late. At first he thinks it may be traffic that has held her up, but 30mins later there is still no sign of her and no telephone call. Even though he works from home, he is now angry and he feels that his time has been wasted. He starts to think how selfish she has been and he begins to judge her past actions, which are only confirming his belief of how she never follows his rules of time and his frustration begins to emerge…

His client is driving her car to pick up her daughter from school, and she is late for the piano lesson because her daughter’s school trip has over run. The woman has not been home during the day and does not have the piano teacher’s telephone number with her. Suddenly, she starts to feel angry and she does not know why. She starts to get angry at the school and in particular with the bus driver for his lateness, and then she remembers all the times people have let her down and she starts to think about various people who have made her angry in her life. In turn, these people begin to feel angry…. And they do not know why…

At the school she meets up with the other 30 parent’s who are waiting for the school bus, and they too are angry about the driver being late. It is Friday evening and everyone wants to be at home winding down and relaxing. A woman calls to the head teacher, ‘This is ridiculous. I’ve waited here for 30mins and still no sign of them’. They all nod their heads in agreement and they start to talk to each other about the last time the school made a mistake, or how long they’ve had to wait for a bus, to see a doctor, or a dentist, etc, and emotions begin to run high, as the chat turns into gossip and judgment. This distorted energy is now being sent to those from the past and the doctors, dentists and those that they have gossiped about suddenly begin to feel angry…and they do not know why…

Meanwhile, the bus driver is very flustered, as he has now been stuck in a roadwork jam on the M25 for 45mins and he is feeling angry with the guys who are laying the new road. He beeps his horn in frustration, and because he also has 30 parent’s thinking about him, his anger is gets worse. To top it all off, the kids are tired and they are beginning to play up. He yells at them to be quiet, but they too are feeling fed-up and frustrated.

The guys doing the road works are just not happy at all. There has been several hold ups with the building of the road, and they have had to narrow the motorway to a single lane, causing an eight mile queue. One guy looks up as the school bus as the driver beeps his horn. He tries to diffuse the situation by waving at the driver, but the driver puts up his fist in anger and the guy drops his head. He begins to feel angry too and he begins to look at his life. It is a monotonous existence and he is just not living his aspirations. An image of his father pops into his mind and he thinks about how his father would not let him follow his dream of playing in an orchestra, and feelings of anger and blame begin to surface. In a town 50miles away his father suddenly feels angry with his life…and he does not know why…
The guy looks at his work mates, who also look fed-up. You can almost see a haze of projected thought forms of anger and frustration around them from the passing traffic. ‘Fancy a drink down the pub?’ he shouts. No wonder they get drunk most nights, as the pub has become a way of releasing themselves from the disruptive projected energy.

The rush hour of six thousand cars slowly pass the workers by. Most of the drivers face’s look fed up and stern. They are thinking about the traffic queue and angry memories from the day or from the past begin to surface. They pass on the anger to at least half-a-dozen people each. There are now 36,000 people feeling angry who do not know why… In turn, they begin to think about what has made them angry and pass it on to at least half-a-dozen people each. There are now 216,000 people feeling angry who do not know why… they pass it on… Within the hour 46 million people are feeling angry who do not know why… This anger is spreading faster than any disease or plague!!!

Meanwhile, nature is being bombarded by all the polluted thoughts from humanity. In response the rats begin to run riot in a city’s main sewage system. Over a period of days they begin to infest thousands of homes. It is becoming a hygienic problem for the inhabitants. A rat bites a small child and she breaks out in a fever. Mother Nature is giving expression to the anger of humanity. The thought forms from humanity always materialise and deeply effect the environment...

A week later the piano man is laid in bed with flu. He has not been able to move out of bed for two days, as his temperature is very high and he is furious with himself. All of his appointments have had to be cancelled. No-one around him has had the flu so he cannot understand how he caught it… His daily life is created by his thoughts and his original thoughts about his client have now come back to him laden with angry bacteria, which has broke through his aura and sapped his strength. His thoughts added to the anger that plagues this planet and this had an effect on millions of people. What is given out will always return multiplied…

In the next village, a woman is sitting with a cup-of-tea. She is looking out of her window at the daffodils in her garden when suddenly, she begins to feel angry. She immediately goes outside into the garden and questions where the anger came from, as she knows it does not belong to her. Checking her own thoughts and feelings she begins to search inside for the source and she finds the energy of an old school friend who is projecting anger towards her. In response she puts up a mirror at this friend and sends light through the mirror to diffuse the anger. This light travels into her friend’s energy and begins to break down the anger. In turn, the light is passed on and affects the person who sent the anger to him, and the chain goes on. The only antidote to a disease or plague is love. To change the world, only one person needs to take responsibility for their thoughts. The woman has now given light to millions of people without even leaving her garden. The plague ends here…until the next thought of anger arises…

A few years later the piano man dies and he finds himself in a dark and crowded place. He is in a parallel world that is not much different from the earth that he left behind and surrounding him are similar things and similar people. His level of understanding life is just the same. In his confusion he starts to get angry with those around him for his current state. He grumbles to himself and blames the government, his parent’s and society and he looks back at all the times when people did not live up to his expectations and please him and he remembers the incident of his client who did not show up. Immediately, he begins to defend himself by judging and criticising her actions. Suddenly, he remembers her apologetic telephone call that occurred the next day, so he starts to look at the whole situation from her angle and the reality of what really happened reveals itself. He sees the effect his angry thoughts had upon her and the world and he begins to cry and wail at the emptiness of his life. All those wasted opportunities to bring forth a life filled with love, compassion, self-love, joy and freedom. Instead he chose to create a small, limited and cynical world. Slowly over time he is shown that there is nothing outside of the self. We attract all that comes our way.

The truth is… whether in life or death, you will have to face the effect of all your thoughts, words and actions. One thought affects every living thing, every aspect of nature, the earth, the planets and the cosmos; that’s how powerful you truly are........

A Night in the life of a Reader

Tonite I found myself not feeling very energised or in a connected space whilst giving a reading and struggled doing it at all. Not feeling very good about this I went to eat my dinner with my partner to whom I shared  about how I was feeling and my low energy state. Before I could finnish my dinner I got a phone call from a client going through something she wanted to tell me about but before I could really reply to her my reading line rang and I had to go to answer it as I was  logged in. I could have logged out to eat my dinner in peace but I had seen there was not enough readers on at all so I decided to stay on even though I felt the way I did. I would get back to my private client later and apologise for not being able to call her back that night.

Somehow I got time to get my video/phone and watched the Pulse technique video focussing on how my energy was and my feelings from everything going on, I managed a second 3min session then the phone rang again so I answered it and took the video phone with me and kept it on repeatedly during the reading in front of me on my table. Now I noticed a huge shift in how I felt and responded to the callers needs , I was tuned in and connected and I had energy. It was a great call and lasted 40mins , I felt I was being of divine service and we did a healing Angel reading , which is healing the issues while we talk about things going on in the persons life while I tune into my inner guidance as to what to share with them. It all flowed easily from me as I focused on Deb's face as she did the Pulse technique. I didn't feel tired anymore but uplifted and happy. God~the Angels~my spiritual teacher all assisted me work with the caller as I let myself be a vehicle for Divine Love to flow through me to the person.

I let the energy from Source~Divinity in the video clear all that was going on in me as I listened to the caller and clear any memories-programs -beliefs  we may have in common . I felt very grateful for this experience as it was a real miracle turn around of negativity and a low state to a loving connected state. The rest of my dinner got burnt in the oven by the time I could eat it oh well I mustn't have been meant to eat anymore of it. Somehow the client was going through a big turn around as well from alot of trouble and problems to feeling hopeful of a change to healing and peace.

This really confirmed for me how the Pulse technique can help one to clear negativity and problems instantly. I have many wonderful healing tools I use in my work and they are all loved and appreciated each one helpful at different times. Like recipe ingredients they combine together for  wonderful creations of healing and great outcomes. After I finnished the reading I really felt ready for a break and some food but the line was still short of readers and they wanted me to stay on, I felt this conflict of my needs vs theirs and stayed on, but I said I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for getting a break and no calls so my needs would get addressed too. I did end up sitting down watching a favourite tv show and having a cuppa and later I logged off and there was another reader on. What a night that finnished well. And here I am now inspired to write this down and share it which I don't usually do !
